1 - New SUTTON Two-Way Air Clamping Machine With Clamp at 30 Degree Angle:

With capacity to clamp stock up to 90" long and 50" wide;  equipped with two long heavy cast-iron jaws 3-1/2" high with approximately 5" wide plate at the bottom of each jaw;  with two 6" diameter air cylinders with 3" stroke for closing the long clamp, with a rack and pinion equalizing device for keeping clamp square;  (with two 3" dia. air cylinders with 3" stroke, one mounted on each end of the two long clamps with adjustable clamps on the opposite and of the long clamps from these 3" air cylinders);  the main frame of clamp is built of steel but with heavy cast iron plates for the movement and setting of the long jaws;  adjustable jaws are positioned in pin holes for positive accurate setting;  on setting the long clamp for size, it is adjusted to position by screws linked by chain drive with air wrench fitting.  No air wrench supplied. Clamp is equipped with all necessary operating valves with foot control complete with pressure gauge and all standard equipment.
